How two-way sync works

1. When a consultation inquiry is submitted, an Outlook event is created automatically.
2. If you cancel or reschedule the event in Outlook, the booking record updates here.
3. If a booking is cancelled via the website, the Outlook event is removed.
4. Microsoft Graph webhooks deliver changes in near real-time (within seconds).
5. Webhook subscriptions expire every ~3 days and must be renewed — a future automation will handle this.
